Rationale of the field

The MAL program at BST College is organized so as the knowledge, skills and competencies obtained at the Bachelor’s program are developed to newer and higher levels.

With an MAL degree under their belt, employees have a whole new world opened up to them and are elevated to managerial positions on the strength of the additional abilities and knowledge gained through the program. An MAL holder will have so wide career opportunities including in marketing, finance and human resources management; in government jobs, private jobs and non-governmental organizations. The successful graduate is enabled to continually learn and grow throughout his/her lifetime.
